“A wonderful community of people (coaches and members alike) that are highly motivational, supportive of your goals, and ready to have FUN and celebrate your growth! ? Workouts are dynamic & exciting, so I don’t want to miss a class! Coaches not only provide personalized instruction and modifications during the workout, but recommendations for your personal goals (my first pullup). I loved being part of the Noland Trail relay team. We had a great holiday season with the most active Friendsgiving I’ve ever seen, a Jingle Jog and holiday bingo competition. Coach T, the owner, is there at every event and celebrating progress on the app. Sunday yoga is open for drop ins, and my mom has enjoyed Shannon’s inclusivity for people of all levels. My brother attends Bring a Friend Friday. Parents know they are welcome to bring their children with them at a true family friendly gym ❤️ As a side note, within the first couple months I had to buy smaller pants. So prepare for some shopping.”

“THIS has been above and beyond a godsend, for my special needs son after school. The inclusion of the staff and the other youth is humbling and beautiful. Everyone is professional, and family oriented, and I could not have asked for better group for my son to be a part of. The other kids just run up to the staff as family, and they interact like family. That sense of safety and peace of mind as an on looking parent shows me how genuine they really are. My only regret, is not knowing about their services sooner.”

“I have been fencing saber for over 25 years, and this is the best club I have ever joined in that time. The coaches are great and will help you improve no matter what your current skill, age, or fitness level may be.”

“I personally prefer this facility over Anderson.Smaller, but not usually as busy. I prefer to look out the window from the cardio room instead of watching TV and staring at a wall. Less wait time between sets due to less people in the weight room. The basketball court here has been converted to a CrossFit room. This facility also offers 24 hour access to registered ID card holders as well.”

“I have been going to Body By D for 6 years now. If you're looking for a great gym with exceptional ownership, you found the right place. D'Shawn Wright does a great job exceeding the needs of his clients and is an amazing trainer. I hate putting up my before picture, but you can see how I looked before and after I worked with D. Huge difference. The man is a miracle worker and I can't recommend his gym or his services enough.”

“I have had many visits here in the past couple months and there is only one employee that has said more than just 'hello, have a good workout'. Ryan has gone above and beyond to not only build a relationship with me as a customer, but also ask questions and give me some very good recommendations. I would highly recommend talking with him as he is very knowledgeable on most anything you ask. Would definitely recommend this location because of him.”

“For a gym I don't have to pay to use, it is adequate to meet almost all muscle group needs. Langley is better equipped but is usually more busy. Anderson is the main gym, has full basketball court, large cardio room, decent weight room, and saunas in both locker rooms.Pool schedule is terrible but other than that it's not planet fitness ?”

“Great equipment, superb staff, extended hours, and convenient location. A must for those needing to workout: cardio, strength, universal, free weights, basketball, pickleball, sauna, and more....”

“The entire staff and management are friendly, informed and accessible. The trainers, including cardio Re-Hab staff, are the best. They make exercise fun as well as beneficial. My wife and I utilize numerous classes this facility provides, in addition to the numerous excecise machines. If it wasn't for this facility and it's staff, I'm not sure my wife and I would be feeling as healthy and spry as our current years would allow. Keep up the great work!”

“Nice place but a lot of the staff there seem bored and don't really seem to care about their job. They have a good weight selection and cardio selection is good. The sauna in the men's locker room leaves a lot to be desired.”

“This is a nice workout place when you want to get a workout in at anytime. When I visited, the place was very clean, did not smell bad (as some gyms do), and there was plenty of space between machines and equipment to not feel cramped in. For its size, it had a good variety of dumbbells, barbells, free weights, and benches for a variety of lifts and exercises, and it had a great variety of machine weights, ellipticals, bikes, and other stuff. It's not a powerhouse weight lifting gym where you'll find 600+ pounds for free weight bench pressing, squatting, and so forth, but a very convenient fitness center open 24-hours a day that has plenty of weights to challenge and keep you in shape (the squat machine may have up to or more than 500 lbs). There are water fountains, decent size storage lockers (you must bring your own lock, as locker keys/locks are not provided), and a few bathrooms. You can change clothing in the bathrooms, but they do NOT (or did not when I visited) have a ledge, shelf, or counter in the bathroom to put clothing and property on while changing into other clothing, and putting clothing on the floor in a bathroom is unacceptable, so it can be a bit awkward changing clothing in the bathrooms, depending on what you are wearing; it's a major difficulty if you're wearing a suit and changing into gym gear, but if you come dressed to exercise then don't worry about this. Yet installing some shelves in the bathrooms would be a good improvement. They have bottles of disinfectants located throughout the place, for free use to disinfect equipment before and after using it. There are plenty of mirrors to see yourself as you workout. People in the place when I visited were just doing there thing.People here (staff and patrons) are very amenable to helping people and looking out for one another to ensure everyone is safe and okay. A lot of people who come here are decent people and respectful. The costs for membership are about average for gym memberships. The benefit to this place is that it's open 24 hours a day, so you can get very early and very late workouts in as needed or desired. In this regard, the place lives up to its name and is one of a kind in the area.”
