The CPU cooler went out on my PC and they very quickly diagnosed the issue for free and fixed it the next day. It's a very small store but they're very knowledgeable about computers. The other place nearby (Franktronics) wanted 3 days and $25 just to diagnose the problem.

Brandon quickly diagnosed and repaired a complete software failure for my iPhone 12 Pro when another shop was unable to. He was friendly and knowledgeable and explained each step. Highly recommend.

iPhone needed work done because it wasn't charging. It was taken right in, an estimate was given and the work was done within the half hour. Great service, and thorough explanation of problem given. We were thrilled to have this type of service done locally.
