“Been using them for 10+ years. They are upfront with me about what my vehicle does and doesn't need. Once, they asked to do a maintenance item 15k miles before it was due. When I asked why they wanted to do it so early, they explained the part cost was less than a hundred dollars but the work was costly because of the three(or four) hours of labor to remove various parts of the motor to do the maintenance work. Since my vehicle was already going to get the same teardown work to fix a separate issue, their recommendation was going to save me hundreds of dollars. Their honesty in looking out for me and my vehicle is why they have my business.”

“Oh this place is so nice,helpful and fast. I used them twice 2 days in a row and both days was awesome experience. Called got a quote the first day the guy was so sweet and helpful he said 30 mins. It wasn’t even 30 mins the truck driver was at my location. Next day, I used them again and called the lady caller was such a sweetheart fast pick up again and both times was cheap. “My car stopped running earlier today and I called Cousins Towing after waiting over an hour for another tow company. I initially talked with Debra and she was very friendly and easy to talk to. She told me that she could have someone there in 20 minutes after giving her my information on my car and my location and in 20 minutes Ray the tow driver was there. He hooked up my car and took me to automotive shop of my choosing. Ray was very courteous and drove me to my destination. Ray then drove me to my residence. Cost was only $125 which I consider very reasonable. Recommend that if anyone needs to have their car towed to call Cousins repeat COUSINS. KUDOS to Cousins. Definitely a good experience under the circumstances. Would recommend them to all my friends and neighbors if circumstances so warranted it. My hat is off to Cousins and their employees.”

“Great customer service, my car trouble was definitely more annoying than I thought it would be because the original Road Side Assistance Company canceled on me but HUX came and was there the whole time. I actually needed a tow since my cars condition could not be fixed where I was. Another company, this time a towing company canceled on me while i waited another 45 minutes. Rudy stayed and made sure I was safe. Thanks for everything will definitely recommend Hux and use them again if I need Road Side Assistance.”
“Car died in the middle of traffic on 17 in NN. Was desperate to get home 8n time to make it to a 2:00 doctor appointment. The guy showed up in 30 minutes and got me and my car home in time to grab another vehicle and go. I didn't ask his name but he was very nice!Service: Car towing”
