“My son was broke down on a major busy road and we were away. He called Wheel Wizard and they came immediately, took his vehicle to his home, let me pay when I returned home, and was the kindest individual on a steaming hot day! If you need a tow… WHEEL WIZARD is the only company you need to look at.”
“Great experience, super helpful. Car broke down while I was in town on vacation and impact squeezed me in so I was able to make the trip back home without delay. Told me what needed to be fixed immediately and what could wait. Excellent and very friendly service.”
“Very prompt and fast, he came after 10 minutes of our call. You can ride with him to the autoshop. I ended up not needing to tow the car and instead he checked my battery and solved my car problem!”
“Just wow! Locked my keys in my truck and they were out here and had my truck unlocked all within 20 minutes. Hoping I don't do that again but they would certainly be my first call if so!”

“We were on our way home from Nags Head and stopped off in Williamsburg for gas. Well, the car wouldn't start after getting gas. Their rollback was behind me waiting to get diesel. I opened the hood and the driver in the rollback came out and helped. He used his jump box to get me going. He didn't charge a dime and I was extremely grateful. I've been in law enforcement for 32 years, although he didn't know this when he helped me, this definitely stands out as much as wreckers and rollbacks are used in the LEO community. I'll be letting the Williamsburg Troopers know how Snow's treated a complete stranger. This guy couldn't have been any nicer. This just goes to show there are still some good people out there!Service: Battery service”

“Peewee did an awesome job bringing my daughter’s van home from Newport News park. He even gave me a courtesy phone call before he left the park so I could make and get ready to receive the van. He was very nice when he arrived at my house and asked where I would like the car and he placed it there exactly as I asked. I would recommend him to anyone needing a fast friendly tow with no drama just business because he gets it done right. He’s da man !!! If he didn’t arrive to the park like he did my daughter’s van would have been towed off the premises due to the parking violation. So I really appreciate him for doing that and being on time to prevent me from getting a ticket from Newport News park. Good show in his part !!!”
