The friendly atmosphere, the professionalism from all the employees we encountered and the care the owner shows not only too the customers but too his employees as well! On many occasions I have witnessed supervisors coaching and training their employees all while not sacrificing customer service. On one occasion my truck tailgate didn’t get cleaned well because my hitch was sticking out, totally my fault for not taking the hitch off, without hesitation my truck was put back through the Carwash and I was educated on the hitch being taken off prior to entering the Carwash. “Flagship takes your experience seriously. Had a great experience with Lucia, Sheylin, Adriana, Daniel and Dylan getting my 3 vehicles cleaned in one day. They listened to my preferences and made everything squeaky clean to my standards. ??? On a note to the management, asking. If someone wants a fragrance or dressing first would be good. A lot of people don’t like strong fragrance and the stickiness of the dressing all over the inside car. It also might save you time to omit it.”
“easy, convenient, and decent clean thats better than Flagship and less expensive for the quality of wash you get to the externals. they often have promotions on the website like buy one get one free. best time to visit to avoid the rush is either early morning around 7 am or on Sunday after 5 pm.”

“Touch free car wash! I don't understand why it was so hard to find a touch free car wash. For some reason a google search and Yelp didn't bring this place up. I usually go somewhere else, with a monthly membership BUT my car had some paint work done and they told me to go touch free for 90 days to be sure the paint cures properly. Long story short, great wash - very convenient too.”

“The best carwash in town. Ive taken my truck to other flahship stores but none of them clean it as well as this store has. The quaility here is amazing. The supervisors here a super nice and are always friendly. I work in construction so my truck in always dirty but after 15 minutes in this store and it comes out spotless. Their service is above and beyond, they have even offered to send my vehicle through a second time if there is still dirt on it. Amazing service from them.”

“I had an issue with my Teslas charging port breaking during the car wash, but Alex was so helpful and communicated with me during the repair process. I got my Tesla repaired and sent the invoice to Alex. He kept me updated via phone calls and texts and worked with the company to mail me a refund for the repair. Leaving this review due to Alex professionalism.”
“Always clean. Vacuum always works. I like that they added a blower in the stalls. I've seen ppl not use them properly and break the hook but maintenance usually fixes.”
