The owner responded to the review and provided his email to reach out and took care to address it quickly and I am satisfied with the resolution. “It’s the only place left that doesn’t use rubber brushes (which never clean the fine dirt off). Always hand dried at the end and tire shine applied neatly and carefully by hand, not a sloppy machine job.
I hope they stay around forever because it’s the only car wash I trust.”

“I normally use a full service auto wash and often times the vehicle is not cleaned. I used this car wash 4 times and I really enjoy the process of wiping down myself. I know it was done to my liking. I’ve signed up all 3 of my vehicles for memberships.Thus far, no issues. The only thing I would recommend is trimming the trees around the sign. It’s hidden coming from Prince William Park Way. I tend to pass the car wash by because I don’t see it until the last second. Membership is less than full service membership at other car washes.”

“This car wash is Touch-less, which means it doesn't have the traditional car washing straps that will leave swirl marks on your car. The pay machine didn't work for me, so I have to drive around and go back to the station and pay for the wash. Pricing is $8, $10, and $12. Bring your rags and car detailing chemicals for the after wash wipe down and your ride will be shining.”
“Always clean. Vacuum always works. I like that they added a blower in the stalls. I've seen ppl not use them properly and break the hook but maintenance usually fixes.”
