“This is a long review, but I wanted to capture some things that make The Holloway Company stand out from others. We have been working with The Holloway Company since 2014 when we first thought about a screened-in porch on our house. We had never had one before, so we needed a little help with design and ideas about what to include. We had quite a few companies out to quote our project, but the standout was always The Holloway Company. My wife and I would compare quotes/pricing/design, but it always came back to Holloway. From the very first time we sat down with our designer; I think we already knew we wanted Holloway to build our porch and patio. Our heated, screened-in porch is by far the most used room in the house and after almost 9 years of completion, the quality of construction is still amazing. From the office staff to the construction crew to the finish team and aftercare, Holloway is a first-class family-run organization that will never let you down. They have also done my in-laws' porch and patio as well as a deck and under-deck dry space for a family friend. If quality and family-style customer service is what you value, then look no further.”

“The chicken coops, birdhouses, and interior decorations procured my interest right away, so we stopped here when passing through just to check it out. Staff was super nice and cool and everything was super unique and inspiring. If I had recently bought property or a house near this place, I would go here first for ideas. And of course, even though we came to just look — I couldn’t leave without buying one of the painted gourd birdhouses and my boyfriend wanted one of the sturdy plant stands. Just so awesome!”

The folks who work here are not sales-y at all. Everyone I spoke with was low-key and no pressure. It just so happened I formed a connection with Nicole and was excited to work with her. (I went in randomly one day and liked Nicole so much I sought her out the following weekend when I returned. Couldn’t believe she remembered me by name!)The thing I loved about working with Nicole was that she was a happy consumer and true fan of the products. “I don't understand the negative reviews, especially about the quality of furniture. Those reviews must be from people who have not shopped there. I have been in the store twice, bought a nice Rowe sofa the second visit. Both times the service people were outstanding. The salesperson who helped me with the sofa, Edward, had the patience of a saint as I am not the most decisive. They have a huge selection of beautiful furniture and amazing art as well. Is it cheap? No, but it's also not junk, I was hoping to find something that would last, and hopefully I did. I'm not a designer, but this store makes me think this is where a good designer who knows how to shop for bargains would visit.”

“After visiting all three of their locations in Rockville, Springfield and Manassas, I was able to find the last few pieces needed to complete my dinning & living room at this Manassas location. I initially was hoping for a larger selection of bar stools but I was able to find what I needed. Felix was great at helping me figure it out. I stopped by on a Saturday, called in on a Sunday to finalize my purchase and make payment and my items were delivered on Wednesday. Walter was the delivery person and was great! Check this place out! I got the bar stools, accent chair and coffee table from here!”

“I stopped by this location & it's arguably the 2nd best after Manassas West on this end of NoVA. it was fairly busy but I had a return & a price match to do. The associate, Vaughn helped me w/my complicated transaction. He was very nice. I never felt rushed. I had him stay almost 10 mins over the time he was supposed to get off. I never would've known, had I not overheard him telling his coworker that it was time for him to go as I was walking away. I also had to stop at the electronics counter. it was swarming w/people & there was only ONE associate! I believe his name is Moe. That's the real reason for the 4 stars because it was unfortunate he had to be there by himself. it was about 5 people waiting for help & once again, he didn't rush me. He helped me find what I was looking for offline & even helped me use the gift cards I had. They deserve recognition which is why I made a point to write down their names & name drop when I got the chance! other than that the location is good coming from Warrenton lol”
