“It takes one employee to make a difference in any business. I went in to HD in Haymarket VA , confused about light bulbs that were specifically designed for a unique lighting fixture. Thinking I would leave more confused, I took a chance and asked a store employee if he knew what would work for my lighting project. Jaycen was so helpful and figured out exactly what I needed to get the job done. He explained the different types and variations depending on what type of ambiance I was trying to bring out of my light fixture . I was so happy with his service and advice . I felt that I needed to share my experience. Now a days, it’s hard to find someone that is eager to help, and Jaycen went above and beyond to get me set up . I really appreciate what he did and I will continue to be a shareholder and a customer. Thanks Jaycen !”

“I just visited Stadler Nurseries. I needed help getting three planters for grave sites for Memorial Day. They gave me flags for free, were very helpful, carried everything to my car, and gave a discount because they appreciated my caring for soldiers graves. We will be back for other garden items as we need them. The flowers were beautifully cared for and affordable. Bonus: they don't use those chemicals that hurt the bees. Two thumbs up.”

“As a Home Depot Pro account member, I have always preferred to use Home Depot for my home improvement projects. But, I found myself in unknown territory when asked to in replace a 20+ year old electric wall oven. When I went to the new Home Depot in Haymarket, VA, Randa Medani took the time to explain all of my options and walked me through the decision making process. Randa was wonderful and I am extremely happy to find the best solution at a really great price. Thank you Randa Medani, and thank you Home Depot.”

“My husband visited this Home Depot two days ago and was assisted by Melissa Wrotten. He couldn’t stop talking about how kind, knowledgeable, and helpful she was while assisting him with the purchase of two toilets and helping load them into his truck! He truly appreciated the outstanding customer service she provided, and I’m grateful that she made his shopping experience such a positive one. Employees like Melissa make a lasting impression, and we wanted to recognize her for going above and beyond! There were also several other employees, whose names my husband did not catch, who assisted with down stocking the toilets that he needed. On a side note, the outstanding customer service and willingness to help, sets this Home Depot apart from others, especially compared to the Home Depot in Woodbridge. Manassas is definitely a significant step up.”
