THEY DELETED MY VIDEO. THE OWNERS A RACIST AND SO ARE THEY'RE EMPLOYEES. THEY REFUSED TO ACCEPT MY CHANGE AS A FORM OF PAYMENT AND MADE UP LIES AS TO WHY. I WAS CALLED A MONKEY and embarrassed infront of the entire store.

I had a very disappointing experience at this 7-Eleven. I bought a car charger on Sunday and specifically asked the employee about the return policy. They confirmed that I could return it if needed. When I went back on Monday to return it, the lady working there attempted to process the refund but was unsuccessful. She then asked me to return the next morning when her boss would be available.
When I went back today, the boss was extremely rude and refused to issue the refund. This was very frustrating, especially after I was previously assured that I could return the item. Their poor customer service and lack of accountability make me never want to shop here again. I do not recommend this store.

Do not go to this store the fuel quality is so poor my car usually give mileage of 500 but when i filled at this store it gives 466. They cheat. Recommend not to go this store.

I had a really bad experience with 7 eleven. I visited this store at 11:50 PM to get some beer. There are more than 5 people waiting in line after me the cashier is neglecting customers and i was unable to get my beer because of his laziness and negligence towards the work and sitting on the chair at the counter and attending customers. This isn’t the first time for me in this 7 eleven. Please check cameras and take necessary action.

Gas pump is not working and gave less money and transferred to other pump. First employee working then boss came at Register. I paid 120 dollar and gave me less $8 and I filled gas $20. Trying to behave as if he doesn’t understand. Never visit this places.

The worst of all the 7-Elevens I have visited. Dirty, disgusting, with a bad smell, very bad attention from the cashier, they don't even deserve a star. I ordered 2 pizzas and after he asks me if I want them to cook them he tells me no because they don't have boxes. What is this?
