Ann Taylor was a store with a very pleasant experience. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. The selection of clothing new tops impressed everyone. Everyone was patient and nice. The sales associate helped find everything needed effortlessly. The store was spotless and the dressing rooms were clean and well‑maintained. Staff was kindly and incredibly helpful. When a sweater went on sale for less the store would do a refund with no questions asked. The overall experience was outstanding and five‑star. The staff was great and the store was clean. The experience was better and truly outstanding.
I visited this store because I needed help finding new pants after weight loss. I had a wonderful experience with Shamika as my stylist. I not only found my right size and fit, but Shamika was also able to help me identify colors and styles that worked best for my wardrobe. I will definitely be back.

Could not have asked for a better experience – I came in with a bit of an event emergency and Lauren was incredibly helpful and attentive. She kindly walked me through all the options and was very patient with me. Overall, the staff was great.
