Could not have asked for a better experience – I came in with a bit of an event emergency and Lauren was incredibly helpful and attentive. She kindly walked me through all the options and was very patient with me. Overall, the staff was great.

It was my first time shopping at Ann Taylor and I was so impressed with the selection of clothing. Landed myself 5 new tops. Everyone was so helpful, especially Nakisha (hope I spelled that right). Thank you!

Absolutely outstanding experience! The sales associate, Aneja, provided first-class service, demonstrating exceptional niceness and patience throughout my visit. They helped me find everything I needed effortlessly. The store was spotless, and the dressing rooms were clean and well-maintained. Truly a five-star experience!

No one said hello. No one asked if I needed help. The girl stood behind cashwrap doing nothing the entire time I was in the store. Pretty much the same in every store I went to at Short Pump yesterday.

I wanted to purchase some items and asked if they accepted PayPal pay in 4 at the store as I like cash flow. Cashier stated no but I could do Klarna in store. She “ assisted “ me with set up on my phone and it did not work in store . After about 15 minutes of it not working I said I would just do order online pick up in store. I used Klarna for first time and said I would be back in about 15 minutes and she said fine . I came back over 20 minutes later and the items were just hanging on rack , she had gone on break and the other cashier had to pull order and finish it. The other employee said that Klarna did not work in store. After all of that wasted I could have done pay pal pay in 4 with in store pickup and not added Klarna and still received my items with less hassle and employee trying to add I Klarna on my phone In an aggressive manner to get the sale. Since yesterday when this happened I have had to adjust my settings and have had issues with my phone. So will either use my debit card , do order online pick up in store or save my time and order online resulting in a lost sale for your location. As a long time Ann Taylor shopper who dresses professionally for work with 99% of my clothes from Ann Taylor I am NOT impressed .

These are a few of the many reasons that this store is one star. The store closed early on a Sunday afternoon, the lady was rude and borderline discriminating when I did my return, and she purposely charged instead of credited my purchase.The attendant (associate 463121) with the dark brown hair in a bob style looked me up and down which made me feel uncomfortable when i walked in (did not greet me). When i got to the front desk with my original shipment bags to complete a return, she talked down to me and would not speak in full sentences. she kept asking for a “form” and i should have brought the “form” with me. thats all she kept repeating. I told her i wasn’t sure what form she needed and told her this was my first time doing a return. I attempted to rephrase is various ways what i thought she was asking for, but only to never actually confirm or respond to my questions. I asked are you needing a confirmation number? i also said my order has a code for returns. AND i said i have my email for my order if she needed that. never responded to me. finally, she tells me the total that would be returned to my card, asked if I had the card used to make the purchase, and to insert my card to the machine.Later that evening i noticed my card was pending a CHARGE for the amount instead of credit. To confirm my thoughts and not jump to conclusions, i let it post to be 100% sure it was a charge.So with very poor customer service, being ignored and talked down to, and her being sneaky by making a charge on a return are the reasons i’m disgusted by this store. That lady needs to know her interactions reflect poorly on the brand and even more so, on herself.

Very nice fashions. You have to pay attention to sale tag because final sale is no return/exchange.

I went last Friday and a really nice lady helped my boyfriend and I pick out clothes and styled me and I have never had a better experience in my life! I will update this review with a name when I find the paper ❤️ she had curly hair and is a teacher when she’s not working there!

I had a very pleasant experience both in store and over the phone. I had purchased a sweater on a Sunday in store but being shipped and the very next day it went on sale for considerably less. I called the store and they instructed me to call back once my sweater arrived and they would do a refund, regardless if the promotion was over by then. I called and with no questions asked they did what they said they would do and were very nice in the process.

Terrible customer service! We have been in the store as of now for 22 minutes. Not one of the 2 ladies working has greeted us. The one behind the counter was on her cell phone, the other walked right past us. I am now sitting on the couch in the dressing room as my daughter is trying on suits- one of the employees walked right past me and then started sorting shoes behind me- not saying a word. The 2nd is counting the register at 722. Sadly we are leaving.
