“In a business world full of 14 year olds passing of as 20 something Suntrust tellers and asst managers, Will Irvin's Suntrust branch near Tuckahoe SC is an oasis of the way things were... competent, experienced and emotionally mature professionals who put customers first. Recently had trouble with some online payments processing correctly. A Hanover branch asst manger said to keep paying until a double payment is made and maybe then she may have an idea... ( swear to god this is to F' up to make up ). A month later the same issue.. I called that same branch TWICE!! The two 20 something employees admitted willingly their busy, forgot and promised to call before the end of the day... 2 weeks later no calls... So the next day I called Will's office... in 10 minutes he was able to assess the issue ( he was aware of this issue bc he actually experienced it in the past and made the effort to learn ) He solved it, gave solutions and the problem exists no more. Thank you Will Irvin. The Hanover office is full of children and the manger a babysitter. Folks... you want banking the right way... the way it used to be?... See Will at Tuckahoe SC and breathe a sigh of relief there are still accountable and dependable professionals in RVA!”
