I always used large national banks before, but I got tired of all the mergers, and the revolving door of tellers, and the holds they would place on deposits, and the general inflexibility of a big bank. Switched to First Bank for my business about six years ago and it’s exactly how a bank should be. Same friendly staff has been there the whole time and they know all their customers by name. They never put holds on deposits. I’ve recommended them to others and everyone who has switched has been super pleased.”
