We blew a tire out on 295 traveling from Maryland back to South Carolina. Buffalo Tire was where our insurance company had the tow truck take us. When we arrived at the service center we learned that they are by appointment only but when we explained our situation to Scott he immediately called Will (owner) and Will cut his lunch off to come assist. He personally drove to pick up the tire we needed from another location and even offered to grab us lunch on his way back! We graciously declined but these guys were amazing and so empathetic to our situation that they literally dropped everything to help us get back on the road. Never experienced customer service this amazing. Thank you Buffalo Tire!!

This place was a complete 10/10 the other day! Hands down!! One of my tires got a tool or something embedded on the way home and I had to do an emergency pull over into their corporate park. Thank god they were there! It was about 5 minutes until they closed but I walked in and explained the situation and they did not hesitate to assist me whatsoever. They were very understanding, efficient, expedient, and fair. The situation could have been much worse but I'm thankful that they were there and that they cared enough to help me out, even when they didn't have to. No idea why Yelp has this location marked as closed, it is very much still running.

This place is awesome. On my way home & my tire light came on. Thanks to the other excellent reviews and proximity I chose Buffalo Tire Pros and very glad I did. When I arrived they took me right away and took excellent care of my car. Everyone was so kind and service was great. Definitely recommend!!

Had an emergent tire situation and went to 3 different locations that were unable to take in. Buffalo was thankfully able to squeeze us in. They were very personable and generous. We were able to get back on the road in only 30 minutes. Will definitely be keeping them in mind for any future issues. Thank you, Buffalo!!!

We found this amazing place on our way to Florida. Our tire busted open at the beginning of our trip. Sprinter has very specific tire and we couldn’t get any where from Jersey to Virginia. We found this location on google and met with Chase and Will. Chase took care of our issue and everyone there is very helpful and knowledgeable. We are very lucky to find this place. Thank you guys and many success to your family business.

While traveling back to Florida, we picked up a screw in our tire. Called multiple repair shops and finally found Will at Buffalo’s Tire. Will and his team worked us in for a tire patch. Thank you for your kindness and for getting us back on the road quickly!! Would definitely recommend!!

BEST PLACE EVER !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been to so many different auto shops and this place is absolutely amazing. The staff is super friendly and caring. PRICES ARE SUPER FAIR AND AMAZING!!! They don't over price you at all. The Awesome service that i receive each time i come in i can never go to another car shop again!!!!!!
