The clothing is top quality, extremely durable and worth the price, though it can be pricey. Staff are friendly, polite, knowledgeable and provide great, on-point customer service. The return policy is convenient and sales or online discounts provide good value. For many, it is a destination worth a special trip to find durable casual and work clothes.
Fantastic service, even after I made it clear I was just window shopping on this day the employees went out of their way to answer my questions and point me at products I might be interested in. Loved this company for years, now even more that they have a store I can visit. Everyone working there is so helpful and friendly. I went there to return an online order from Christmas and saw the huge clearance sale. I walked out with a couple of bags. Easiest return process, they treat their customers well.
