Urban Outfitters offers beautiful merchandising and a wonderful shopping experience with great street wear. The store has an awesome clearance section. Customer service experiences vary; some staff members are described as very courteous, professional, sweet, and efficient, providing exceptional service and good vibes. However, other feedback notes that the experience could improve if employees were more welcoming and offered assistance, as customer experience extends beyond a pretty store. The staff can effectively handle issues like wrong shipments or order changes.

Wife wanted to drop by checkout another location Urban Outfitters while out here in Richmond. Great street wear and nice clearance section. Wife great shopper when it comes to clearance.
