  Created reservation for a car that didn't exist on site. Manager ignored us. 30+ minutes without an answer to if we had a car or not while me & my girlfriend sat patiently waiting. 1 star for letting me charge my phone since I had no car. Ended up walking to Hertz & they were very helpful in giving us a car in minutes.

  Pick up and drop off we’re seamless and the vehicle was clean. Everyone I worked with was professional and nice.
