I stopped in to this branch to deposit rolled coins. The rolls were all marked with my member number as required. The young lady, the "customer service" representative proceeds to tell me I couldn't deposit them at this branch. When I asked her why-she informed me that I had too many and she would have to carry them. Are you kidding me- Is this a credit union where I am a customer??This appallingly poor level of service is emblematic of leadership failures right up to the CEO. They find reasons to throw obstacles in the path of a customer. Instead of finding ways to say "yes"- they look for ways to say "no". This disgusting level of service happens in many of their branches. Cleary the CEO and managers have not painted a clear picture of what a teller's role is in a branch. These folks are running the ship and watching it sink to the bottom. Wake up CEO and Managers-you're letting your front line drive customers out the door!

Their overdraft fee are ridiculous. The problem I have with this bank is they are not up to date. They don't have Zelle, it's hard to transfer money to other people. Also not enough ATM around town, so you won't be charged more ridiculous fee's.

Scammers. It's as simple as this. I'm currently a student waiting for my financial aid to come in and they charged me 3 overdraft fees for the SAME charge! My account was $-60 from all of their fees it's $-272. This bank is ridiculous. They will charge as many fees as they can. Never go here

West Broad street is a nice location but the rates and overdraft fee are spiked
