“We have been knowing we needed a new bed for quite awhile. But as is our want, we procrastinated. The plus side is it gave us ample opportunity to shop about (online) and compare. Once we decided that a Sleep Number Bed was what we wanted. We decided to finally go the Short Pump Store to see our future bed in person. (Up til now it had just been teasing us with pictures and videos).
There we met Sarah who walked us through the different varieties and did the setup to decide our individual settings. Sarah was patient and informative and had a nice sense of humor. (Which is a necessity when dealing with us). In fact all of the employees were quite pleasant and fed into our lunacy like they have dealt with such customers in the past. It made for a very pleasant shopping experience and at no time did we feel pressured to make a decision. Not that we hadn’t pretty much made one.
It all came down to size, whether we wanted King or Queen. The decision came rather easily due to space and the need to replace our present bed frame. (We didn’t want to do it). Sarah encouraged us to go the route best for us. She was right, as she was about needing the foot and head elevation. I went in thinking I didn’t need the foot…I was wrong.
Over all it was a nice experience and we can’t wait for our bed to arrive. Thank you Sarah and Sleep Number.”
“Please do yourself a favor and go to Labelle for all your furniture needs. I bought a really old queen headboard from Facebook marketplace. I wanted to turn it into a traditional Indian style headboard in dark mahogany. See the photos of BEFORE and AFTER. I bought wood appliqués from Amazon to attach to the headboard for making it ornate. Although I had a vision, nobody was able to turn my vision into reality by agreeing to this custom project. Finally I went to Kathryn and Tammy in Labelle & Co, and they renovated the whole thing exactly how I wanted. Now it fully matches the color of my mahogany nightstands and the regal Indian decor of my bedroom. Thank you Labelle ??”
“We got a bed from here, ordered it back before Covid hit. It was delivered once it was safe enough to do so. We are very happy with our new bed! It was perfect and even better than we expected!”
“Had a lovely time at RVA Antiques today. So many beautiful items and very reasonably priced! Very clean, and booths were arranged so nicely. Could have purchased a lot more that caught my eye, but we are from out of town and had limited space in our vehicle. Luckily we have family in the area, so the next time we visit them, another trip to RVA Antiques is on the To Do List!”
