“I am very pleased with Allstate, Brandon is always ready and willing to review look up or find out anything that you ask.
The only thing that I have been unhappy with is the drive wise gadget that use to plug into your vehicle, got changed to just using an app on your phone now. Some of us older people can't use it due to just not being tech savvy. I wish they would let you use the little gadget or the app. So I miss out on receiving the quarterly check now. However, if you are looking for an insurance company, I highly recommend going with Allstate, I've been with them about 20-25 years now. Thank you Brandon”
