“The staff at AAA Glenn’s are amazing. So helpful. I called the main AAA number to have them jump and then change my car’s battery. The first truck didn’t have the battery but said that Glenside did. When I drove there they didn’t have it. I called the main number again and made clear that I needed the battery brought out, but they didn’t. The Glenside staff knew I had to call and ask for Fleet to be sent out, but even better, they called and had fleet sent out. Fleet brought the battery, and the next day the Glenside staff called to follow up and make sure I was all set. Amazing service!”

“Update: Things have improved, and the claim is moving more smoothly now.
I have learned the hard way. I will never get Erie Insurance again. I am dealing with a homeowners insurance claim, and the repair work has dragged on since last October (2025) Their adjusters are basically worthless. The work has not been managed by the adjuster. My adjuster has not been to the property to check on the status of the work — which is still not complete. The miscommunication (or non-communication) is unbelievable. And they forced me to use one of their “preferred” contractors, who has not actually completed the work in over 6 months’ time.”
