“I’ve been using this pharmacy now for around a year or more. They are always great, kind, caring and friendly! I’ve never been made to feel bad about my medication needs or any negative interactions. I’ve had one issue that was very promptly fixed and they are diligent about getting medications done quickly and easily. It feels like the neighborhood pharmacy should feel - welcoming! I have other locations that are now closer to me and I’ve continued to use this one due to how kind, efficient and supportive they are.”
“I have some medications that are rare and controlled and difficult for pharmacies to order and keep in stock. This pharmacy is 30 minutes from my house, and I still prefer it over anything close to me, because they have been so helpful, proactive, and respectful of me. “EDIT 2025: Unfortunately, I need to amend my review a bit. Recently, I noticed that CVS went to a system that I have to leave a phone message rather than talk with someone when I call. I understand that this may benefit them when they're busy, but it's not always convenient for the customer, often a sick person, it have to be available for a callback or maybe even miss the callback. Still great service in person.
2023. I have been at this location for over a year and have never had a bad encounter, either on the phone or in person. I get quite a few monthly prescriptions and get all my vaccinations here and have always had a great experience. (The staff and pharmacist are very friendly as well.)”
