Chose PODS because of the size of the storage. All drop off and pick up times were within the timeframe given to me. PODS drivers were polite & professional. Changing a pick up date was easy to complete on line. Cost seemed high but ultimately it was well worth the money.

POD delivers driver damaged my handy cap ramp on my porch. Drove away with out filling a report or saying I am Sorry. I called the office three times and still no response.. The driver also damaged the POD as he was re moving it.

The local guy (Lakeside) was great. Corporate sucked!! Hours on the phone only to be disconnected. Terrible!! But Mark(?) was excellent.

Phenomenal customer service and very friendly/easy to schedule and work with. My wife and I had talked extra help from the Richmond supervisor, Jim, who was extremely accommodating to our schedules and very helpful throughout our move. Highly recommend using PODS for your move.

can't set a pick up date early since home renovation timing is unpredictable until the last week, so I was forced to rent for a whole additional month to obtain a pick up date due to early July unavailability for pick up of POD..

We haven't even had our Pod delivered and I am highly regretting my choice. On Sat (7/15) afternoon, we registered to receive a Pod tomorrow (7/18). After registering, I was reading all of the "prep" information we were sent and found out that there had to be a clearance of 15' in the driveway. We have a large branch of a tree hanging over the driveway and have called a number of people to cut it off for us, but cannot get anyone to come until 7/19 or 7/20.Immediately, I went online to change the date of delivery. There was no agent available for a live chat (and still isn't after 11 AM this morning). I THEN sent an email to the address indicated and it bounced back, saying "The email you just sent us has not been received. It went to our bulk reply email inbox that is not monitored due to the high volume of auto-replies we receive. We apologize for any inconvenience."THEN I went online to the Pod website and tried to change the date of delivery. The calendar provided only gave me the dates of the past week to change it to. Something was really awry! The dates for 7/18 and 7/19 were not available. I wish I had taken a screenshot to show you. The only dates available to change my delivery to were 7/10 - 7/15.Yesterday (7/16), I tried off and on all day to contact someone to no avail. This morning, I called several times and finally chose the option for PODS to call me back instead of waiting over "30 minutes." Then, because I was skeptical whether I'd EVER hear anything, I called back and have been HANGING ON FOR AN HOUR AND A HALF for someone to pick up my call. (No one has called me back yet, either.) My husband and I are SOOOOOOOO frustrated and our hands are tied. This company has absolutely abominable customer service and I will never ever use them again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - if you are a sane, reasonable person, it will change your temperament in the most awful direction!I ALWAYS leave a positive review and am a big believer in saying nothing unless I can say something good, but this has been A GREAT EXCEPTION TO MY RULE!****Since I wrote this, Christian, from customer support, called me and took care of our needs. He was sincerely empathetic and rescheduled the event for us with no added cost or frustration. Thank you again, Christian!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! Got scammed $1500 using PODS. DMO advised military not to use them because of the scams but I did not listen and got scammed. I ordered a pre weight and a after weight. They dropped it off with our giving a weigh pre ticket. My husband and I both spent 3 days trying to get ahold of them. Getting put on hold for 2-5 hours each time only to get hung up on with no one even saying hello. Listen to your local DMO if your military.

The POD container itself was great. I did have some broken items but that is to be expected. What I didn't expect was the $600 plus that I had to pay to get my items back after being stored for almost a year. PODs is not transparent in the fees. They will charge you on the backend for amounts that were not relayed to you in the beginning. I was told it would cost me $12 for redelivery and as I stated earlier, it cost me over $600 to have my POD delivered to me so I could have my household items back. They held my items until I paid their ransom money. When I called to complain, they told me that is the price I have to pay to get my items delivered. Not a happy POD's customer and will never use them again.

Our delivery driver was professional, he did a great job placing the POD where we wanted it and was very fast. The cost was comparable to other companies, but the POD was better quality. Very happy with our experience.

I recently moved and needed to store the contents for my home for about two weeks. I decided to give PODS a try and I am glad I did. The experience was convenient, cost effective and could not have gone any smoother. I moved to a new construction and the address was not quite on the map yet. The driver reached out to me ahead of time to confirm the address and had zero issues finding the place. I would definitely use PODS again.

I used POD during the renovation of my home. The ease of having it at my disposal for every step was wonderful. The piece of mind that all of my belongings were right outside of my home where I had access to them was wonderful. Everyone that I have dealt with at PODS has been professional and very helpful. Overall I couldn't ask for a better experience!

Used them to store furniture during our first floor renovation. They were right on schedule for delivery and pickup, confirmed exactly where we wanted the POD dropped in-person, and were competitively priced. The whole process really couldn't have been easier.
