I recently had the unfortunate experience of encountering an exceptionally rude manager at a certain establishment. It pains me to write this review, but I feel it is crucial to share my encounter to warn others about the unprofessionalism and complete lack of customer service displayed by this individual.From the moment I entered the premises, I was met with an unwelcoming attitude from the new manager. Her demeanor was cold and uninterested, as if she was doing me a favor by acknowledging my presence. Despite attempting to engage in a polite conversation, the manager responded with curt and dismissive remarks, making it clear that my questions and concerns were not worthy of their attention.Furthermore, instead of providing guidance or assistance, the manager resorted to condescending and patronizing behavior. They spoke to me in a demeaning tone, making me feel ignorant and unworthy of their time. It was truly disheartening to witness such unprofessional conduct from someone in a managerial position, where one would expect leadership, empathy, and a dedication to customer satisfaction.What shocked me the most was the manager's complete disregard for basic courtesy and respect. They openly dismissed my valid complaints, making no effort to address the issues or offer any form of compensation. It seemed as though their main priority was asserting their authority rather than ensuring customer satisfaction. This type of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the entire establishment.As a result of this encounter, my overall experience was marred, and I left feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer. It is disappointing to encounter a manager who lacks the essential interpersonal skills necessary for their role. It not only tarnishes the reputation of the establishment but also raises questions about their hiring and training practices.I strongly urge potential customers to reconsider visiting this establishment until they address the evident problem with their management. Such behavior should not be tolerated in any professional setting, and as consumers, we have the right to expect a certain level of courtesy and respect. Until they rectify this situation, I cannot in good conscience recommend this place to anyone.In conclusion, my experience with the manager at this establishment was deeply disappointing. Their rudeness, unprofessionalism, and lack of customer service skills left a lasting negative impression. I hope that my review serves as a wake-up call for the management to address the issue and improve the overall customer experience.

You stare at what feels like endless hair colors. The dye's each reflect a different image back at you. Purple feels like it would sand down your edges, make your presence softer. Green seems to give you spunk. Red captures a shock of energy always out of reach. You wander between the different selves before you come back to who you are. What retail store is closed for an indefinite break at three o"clock in the afternoon? Lights on; temporary sign on door stating "Closed Due Break" [sic] with no indication of a return time. I came back half an hour later and still on break. I won't go back to this store.

They are a bit expensive and the in-store selections don't price match online deals with is very confusing even if you do curbside. Also some black own products are being limited or not being sold anymore. I also I miss a special type of flat iron that's been discontinued

My daughter wants to dye her hair purple. Asking around Sally's was recommended to us. Right now with the Covid crap going on, they are pretty tight on limited amount of people in their store. Once I got there, I saw that they have a pretty active clientele, so I had to wait to get in. Once in I was a little overwhelmed. They have tons of products. After wandering around for a few minutes, ended up just asking one of the young ladies for some advice. She brought me over to the semi-permantant dyes, told me what one she thought was the best. Customer service was excellent, they have tons of items, so I'm sure whatever you need, you'll find it here. My daughter is going to be very happy!

The customer servicether was as outstanding as that company has been for over a decade and half. Has everything a gentleman's need may be so very thankful they are there.Thank you so much.
