New location, pretty big parking lot but not easy to get in with trailer and service isnt that good either. We ordered food and we were missing some stuff, this happened 2x. Diesel prices always high for no reason.

I was in Sheetz on October 15 and LaToyiah anthony were working and they were absolutely amazing. I think they may have been short-handed but they as a team were getting it done and we're so polite!!! Those two definitely deserve a raise!!!!

I just ordered my order (#647 September 29, 5:21am) Mozz Sticks order, terrible service, raw food, I asked the supervisor to change my food and they didn't, claiming that that food is delivered that way. No recommendation. It is unfortunate, arriving hungry and having the food delivered like this, and even worse, poor service.

Ordered through the app, half of the order was missing. When I called and asked to speak with the manager I was spoken rudely to by an associate and hung up on. Absolutely awful customer service. Go to WaWa.

I was able to get all the items that I needed and wanted to get yesterday! The store managers and work associates were good, friendly and helpful to me! Thank you for a great experience at Sheetz in Henrico County the West End of Richmond, Virginia!

I really don’t know what to say other than it’s a disgrace that some of the employees in this store have to deal with terrible management. Every time I go in I see one of the supervisors I believe her name is Shanee flat out harass and abuse her employees. She screams infront of all her customers and it just makes me feel so bad for all the actual hardworking employees there. She’s also terrible to the customers as well. I think corporate really needs to be told about the state of this store because it’s disgusting that workplace issues like this is happening right infront of customers

Was coming into town fairly late and Chris was awesome. When I walked in he was helping to clean up, I was exhausted and not in a good mood and he patiently assisted me while I was having trouble with my card despite me being admittedly short tempered. He even went and found a few things for me. He knew exactly what to do and quickly helped resolve my issues all with a cheerful manner. Great store! Give this man a raise! Definitely much better than the usual places I deal with.

Apparently it's a sheetz thing. If you need a gas receipt you will have to go inside to get one. Pumps are out of paper every time I get gas
