3 times out of 10 they forget products not included in the bag like shakes or fountain drinks.

The order was missing the drink which I believe was not the driver's fault, but Sheetz did not package or place the order together as this has happened to me before in other orders. GrubHub should work with vendors to not affect the drivers in their performance.

My first order was cancelled for no stated reason. I re-ordered to find one of the items had been removed from the options, with no suitable substitute.
