“I’ve had an amazing experience both times that I came here.Today I came in to pick up a package 5 mins to close (came from short pump traffic was insane)Barbara assisted me, and was more than happy to do so. She provided me with A1 customer service and even carried my package to the car even though they were closing soon. Of course I apologized for being so late but she assured me that it was fine.I also came in Monday this week to pick up a package and ask questions and Divet (sorry if I spelled that wrong) was wonderful and kind.As a retail sales manager and small business owner, I have to say this location is doing it right. Going above and beyond for the customer, and providing excellent customer service.Thank you!”

“I completed several printing jobs at this office including a few single page prints as well as a 210 page multi-requirement document. Used online ordering as well as direct email printing and in person printing consultation. For my recent large project I provided files and instructions on a USB drive. Customer service has been awesome, especially from Justin and Capricia. Printing was fast and exactly what I needed. This has been my temporary office while here. I just left after dropping off a box to be returned to Chegg and it took me approximately 2 minutes! The staff member who I spoke to offered to tape my box for me, printed my receipt and I was on my way.”
