“I usually go to another UPS, but today I was in the area & decided to ship a package from this location. I had the pleasure of working with Jennifer, who was so sweet, so helpful & so personable. We had several good laughs about my package, that looked like it was decorated for a child, but was for a friend of mine. I told her we are child like old ladies. Jennifer was more enjoyable to talk to then any customer service individual I've come in contact with in quite some time & I will definitely return to this location just b/c of my interaction with this fellow redhead. You guys are lucky to have her!”
