“I just came in with a ton of gear cases to be sent off and a broken ankle. The customer service and assistance I received today from Riley and Justin was BEYOND my expectations! Also, Riley was so incredibly nice and patient with me the entire time. This will definitely be my shipping location going forward whenever I'm in the area.”

“I had an amazing experience with Dvette! She was so incredibly warm and kind. She made sure that my shipping needs were met and went above and beyond to do her job amazingly. DHL is incredibly lucky to have someone as kind and devoted to their job as her, and the world is lucky to have a human like herself. Thank you Ms. Dvette! I’m glad to have encountered you!”

“I usually go to another UPS, but today I was in the area & decided to ship a package from this location. I had the pleasure of working with Jennifer, who was so sweet, so helpful & so personable. We had several good laughs about my package, that looked like it was decorated for a child, but was for a friend of mine. I told her we are child like old ladies. Jennifer was more enjoyable to talk to then any customer service individual I've come in contact with in quite some time & I will definitely return to this location just b/c of my interaction with this fellow redhead. You guys are lucky to have her!”

“Mrs or Ms Agnes B. Is an angel descended into your store. Her kindness and genuine effort denied all of my anxieties of going into USPS without my mom. She was a really nice person to meet that day for me and she deserves a raise”
