I needed to have an item shipped to the store and held for about a week, and the manager, Jordan, handled every detail flawlessly. He stayed on top of everything and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. On top of that, I ran into a few complications with my order, and Jordan didn’t hesitate—he quickly figured it all out and got everything taken care of without any hassle. You can really tell this store is well-run and that the employees are treated well, everyone is friendly, helpful, and genuinely seems happy to be there.

“Great service. Been using them for a few years and they always come through. They have the systems in place to fulfill for demading amazon selling. We can always see what is happening with our orders and merchandise on their online portal. Customer service is quick to respond to our requests and have helped us when we needed inventory worked on or inspected. They even came through and got shipments to Fedex when the fedex truck was not going to come to them during a blizzard. Nice group of people who care about their work..”

“Today I had an excellent experience at this store. I went there to register for TSA precheck. I would strongly suggest making an appointment which you can do online. I actually went there as a walk-in. This department is busy with several people in line. The employee who helped me at the TSA pre-check counter was excellent. She was patient, competent and efficient .I am not very good at technology, and she walked me through and checked everything until I successfully completed the process. It is best to complete the application online if possible. It is also important to bring the proper documents. You either need to bring a up-to-date passport or a copy of a.real ID Drivers license with a certified copy of your birth certificate.
In addition to her help, two other employees approached me to offer assistance. Since I was a walk-in, another employee registered me and gave me a beeper. He did explain to me that people who came in with appointments would be given preference, but if I was willing to wait then I possibly could be seen. This was a wonderful and helpful customer service experience. It is sad to say, but this is surprising when it happens in this day and time.”

Helped with trimming our prints, gave helpful advice on how to print cheaper (by ordering online), and, when it started pouring out, gave us a bag for our prints and some large plastic bags to use as makeshift ponchos. For the office itself, it's nice and well organized, color print quality is really good even on regular paper. First time in my life I didn't need to color correct my designs after a test print.”

“This is my favorite store. The manager himself completed my print order expediently. He is always helpful. I go there often because I do not have a printer at home.I use the copy machines, send packages, order office supplies. The Linder Chocolates at the register always “ call my name.”
The employees there are professional , competent and patient. I am an older person .My technology skills are limited. Therefore I do not use the self service option.I usually need help.
The location is very busy. Sometimes there is a wait if there are 10 or 12 customers in the store needing different services. The weight is a reasonable period of time”
“Excellent place for delivery. Located off Bells Road/Deep Water Terminal Rd. Inbound cardboard delivery located in building #4 on the far side of the property and downhill near I-95/ Powerlines. Check-in with forklift driver. Place can get busy and tight, go slow! Speed Limit 15 MPH. Dockworkers are awesome!”

“This place is fantastic! OMG! They are friendly and welcoming even during the holidays. They take fed ex, UPS packages at no fee. You just drop off in the front door. I just had a package and she asked me if it was liquor. Yes! She said, I need to re-ship and repack this for you. How great is that?”
“Staples get a 5 for the cashier but the floor associate where I should have gotten the help didn't. Aisle 9 , keeping going there and walk away. Sorry for bothering you. I took my questions to the cashier and she reassured me of my product.”
