“EFW and their driver went out of the way to make certain the delivery went as well as it possibly could have. The driver may have even provided some services that were beyond what we had paid for. We made certain to let him know that once he offloaded the merchandise, we could easily take it from there at our carport. However, he assisted with getting a 300-pound treadmill safely up our ADA walkway and eventually into the house. His level of service was unexpected, refreshing and very well appreciated. I wish I had written down his name at the time so that I could acknowledge him more effectively here.
