Even when there is a line they work efficiently and quickly; I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for service. I have been to several other nearby UPSs that were horrible (one made me cry with how rude they were), but I genuinely don't mind running errands to this location. Great job team!”

“For line haul, this is RIC. Dispatch will send you a message on where to place the trailers during the week. Any relays should go at the other end of the dock from where you enter. Leave sets with the same terminal hooked. The office is in the middle of the dock and can be reached by a ramp. Bathrooms are across from the office, down a short flight of stairs. During the weekend, RIC freight goes in the doors. There is fuel and a scale here.”

“Great service. Been using them for a few years and they always come through. They have the systems in place to fulfill for demading amazon selling. We can always see what is happening with our orders and merchandise on their online portal. Customer service is quick to respond to our requests and have helped us when we needed inventory worked on or inspected. They even came through and got shipments to Fedex when the fedex truck was not going to come to them during a blizzard. Nice group of people who care about their work..”

“This store is very good, it has all the implements for office and work. There is a recycling area. It has an area for Amazon return and other shipping services, you can find it by entering the right side. You can carry the objects without a box, they are in charge of making the packaging and putting the labels. When I arrived I waited a few minutes since they were attending to a person in front of me. Then I started the return and everything went well.Highly recommended ?.”

“I picked up 2 alpine dairy goats that flew in from Washington state via Delta Cargo. As far as the flight experience goes, the goat kids have no comment, but both arrived in good shape and full of energy when they got to our house. Locating the bay for pick-up was not easy; although it is on the map, the signage at the airport does not tell you which carriers are located in the assigned cargo pick-up areas and there are 2 exits. Delta is in the first group (1-3) off of Air Express Road. It shares a suite with a few other carriers whose signs are less prominent than the FedEx markings that dominate the building row. Pick-up was simple: share the air waybill # and photo ID. I could hear the goats bleating from their kennel so I knew they were nearby! The staff brought the kennel to the edge of the loading bay and offered to help get it into the back of my car, but it was light enough to move on my own. They were pleasant and it was a quick transaction. Faster than picking up chicks at the post office!”

“Two years ago I commissioned a miniature dollhouse as a legacy item for my grandchildren. When ready for delivery, the UPS store on Peachland BLVD in Port Charlotte had a crate constructed and recommended Estes for delivery. The crate was delivered to Wisconsin in only three days - and was securely left under the eaves of our condominium - out of public sight. I was called immediately (as promised) to inform me of the delivery. But more importantly, the house arrived in perfect condition. It was clear to me that great care had been taken during shipment and delivery. I could not be more pleased.”
