You better hope you don't live far away. They literally do not answer the phone at this location. If you get told to be expecting a call from them don't even bother, just show up in person they aren't going to call you.

Apparently can’t access my delivery location with a perfectly empty mailbox and a whole empty front lawn. Y’all are just slow af and lazy af. I can’t wait to move.

I have had to go to another post office in Sandston because the Klockner Road post office’s computers have been down 3 times and I can’t pay with a credit card. Really frustrating
