About United States Postal Service
The United States Postal Service (USPS) is the only organization in the country that delivers to every residential and business address regularly. Processing and delivering 47% of the world's mail, USPS manages over 30,000 retail locations and constantly innovates to improve customer experiences. Customers generally report positive experiences, with helpful and knowledgeable staff, short wait times, and employees going the extra mile to assist. However, some have faced challenges, such as the unavailability of P.O. boxes and the need to wait in line to check for mail. Overall, USPS is committed to providing secure, reliable, and affordable delivery services to over 157 million addresses in the United States and beyond.

Floors and walls are filthy. One agent assisting customers. Agent was openly talking to another person on a cell phone w earpiece the entire time he was assisting customers. I will note: he does multi-task seemingly well.
