I've used this post office on two separate occasions. Both times I was overcharged for items with no explanation. It is clear that their scales are not accurate. Therefore, they say that your package is heavier than it really is and charge you more. I definitely will be staying away from this USPS location going forward.

This post office never checks the blue box outside. I've lost 2 packages that were returns by dropping them off in that box. So now I don't have my money or the items I paid for. It's only ever been this location that has lost my packages. They refuse to help me. All the cusomer service agents are super rude too.

This post office sucks. They always lose my packages. I lose money this way & they act like they could care less because it's not them losing money. They don't care about your inconvenience or loss.

the service is very bad especially by the white fat lady,she needs to go.I locate just 2 miles away from the post office why does the mail person always bring my mail almost at sunset or after?!!!.Plus when it's raining can't he/she be nice to close the mailbox, all my mail get wet, ridiculous!!!

This has to be the worst post office I've ever dealt with. They refuse to deliver packages to my door or even leave it in the mailbox. They keep telling me they can't deliver the mail because the name isn't on the lease, but a 6 year old child waiting for their birthday present won't be on the lease USPS. Same post office that delivers everyone else's mail to my box regardless of whose name is on the mail.

Gotta say, I’m mightily impressed with Keith. I’d sent a priority express overnight package, and the USPS online tracking was no good: it had the envelope arriving at a location other than the destination with a vague promise that it would then go “out for delivery”. But customer service admitted they didn’t know where it was, and that the tracking was unclear. I sent in a request for follow up through a main USPS number, not really expecting to every hear from them again. But then I got a remarkably detailed and clarifying voicemail message from Keith, explaining every nuance and saying that he’d personally checked and confirmed where it was (delivered). Seriously, he really made an effort to help. I’m grateful.

Please change the delivery driver or system! Anything that gets delivered through USPS, it always says inefficient address which I don't understand! I use same address for Amazon, FedEx, Macy's etc and I don't have this issue. Are they just lazy to even attempt to delivery to my house??? This is 3rd time I have to come here to pick up! First time when my friend shipped internationally and 2nd and 3rd time when I did online shopping. I just don't get this

Mail often missing and always late and often does not deliver anything they say is coming today. We get others mail that we take to our neighbors. Its always been poor, but getting worse.

Got up early to be at the post office at 9 a.m.. need to mail certified package. Notes all over the glass doors as you enter that they are only accepting cash as their machines are down. I go inside there's nobody behind the counter and had to say hello 2 or 3 times before somebody came forward. I asked the lady if this I was at all the post office that there machines for credit cards and debit cards were down. Ask her if she could call another post office and she rudely expressed she didn't know what was going on at any of the other post office and that she did not have a telephone number for them. So good luck on trying to call any of the other locations because you are automatically directed to their customer service number for all of the locations. I told the lady behind the counter they were up worthless. Just need to close them down
