I just want to see people smiling regardless of their day. I never had a chance to see someone is smiling and serving. We might have bad days, ugly weather, low pay and bad boss but above all we win our day by smiling and yet it is free ! cheers !!

At a loss for words here. Just had the most incredibly smooth USPS experience of my life. The woman who helped us was delightful, focused and very helpful. We were in / out under 10 minutes for a walk in passport at 9am on a Friday.
This USPS is a gem.
