Pretty terrible experience. I was spoken to like I was a toddler that couldn’t hear and remained patient because I understand that working in a postal office may not be the most glamorous gig. Regardless, I was met with rudeness and attitude. I hope these ladies have a better day tomorrow than they seemed to be having today.

I waited an hour and my issue was not solved and I was treated rudely despite my patience. This is not acceptable. After waiting in line, I was told to stand at a side door for 20 minutes. When I asked about the wair, they said the supervisor was coming. The supervisor never came.
This was my second visit after they assured me the first time that my package would be delivered after giving them my signature.

No star for This place.
Very bad service. Went there 3 times for my passport appt.
Our appt was at 2 we were 5 mins late and she said I can’t take you.
Very rude so not helpful.
They should not be working here.

They're legitimately holding my package hostage. I was informed that it would not be released until I showed up in person and give the $500 to the supervisor.

Typically I don’t do these. But I want to raise awareness for bad customer service and behavior. I don’t know her name but she’s an older woman grey hair in a bun with glasses and a bad attitude. She basically said let me get you a supervisor because we are wasting time. Wow! I’m a manager , and that’s not the verbiage you should have used. However the manager. She was awesome and sweet and really listened and helped. Unlike the other lady at the front. She needs a new job where she’s not working around people. The supervisor I give her 5 stars and beyond.

Don’t waste your time, mail carriers leave packages everywhere except your address, they have lost several packages in the past week… do anybody know how to read a address and count numbers, they are all rude at this post office, if you don’t want to work then stay home!!!!

Great experience with Carmiesha for our passport appointment. Really friendly, patient with our child. Very fast.
Note: If you're going for a passport, my experience was that it was VERY worth reviewing the State Dept info about what you need to bring with you so that you can get through the appointment quickly.

Very nice attendant working the counter. Was able to help me figure out a change of address issue I’ve been having for a couple of months now. Walked in, waited in line for less than 5 min and walked out 2 min later.

Had a passport appointment & needed a new application as I made a mistake on the one I had. The woman looked at me like I was stupid & proceeded to be extremely rude to me the rest of my interaction. Never any need to be disrespectful to someone due to a mistake. Really upset me

Nasty customer service. All clerks should be fired . Especially the light skinned older lady in the front.

Let me save you some time and headache - Do NOT go here for your passport. Obviously it works out for some folks according to other reviews, but I rent a PO Box at this Starling location so I'm there frequently to check it, and my PO Box fee would be covered if I had a dollar for every time there was a sign about passport appointments canceled today, or someone in turned away even though they had an appointment but the passport person just went to lunch, or just standing in line forever waiting to be called for their appointment and not getting any answers from staff... Not worth the risk. Better to get an appointment at the Bon Air location on N Pinetta Drive where there is a dedicated separate entrance/room/staffer for handling passports, which I what I and a number of others I know have done and had positive experience.
