This is Unacceptable behavior by the people who work here.Very rude to people that don’t know English ,they treat them very poorly as if they are not human too.New management is needed here.If you work here and act like this just don’t work at all find a new job.I recommend to not come here go find a better postal office that will treat you equally.

My experience at this location was the worst, specifically, these two workers that were very rude to my family, they were speaking to us in a very sassy way that we did not appreciate. Also, on the website, it said they closed in walk-ins for passports at 11 but it closes at 10 so that is false advertisement.They were really rude, I don’t recommend coming to this location if there’s any other post office around your location just go there but do not go to this location because the workers are very rude and it’s a waste of time.

Very poor service and the carrier open mail up that is not too them and take out 4 forms that is missing from two letters Henrico VA post office carrier .it's a India man with a long mustache and tall and not fat short hair. It happen on 3/12/ 2024 evening time.

I have been missing mail over and over for more than two weeks now and this place has done absolutely nothing it's important mail that's missing and all they respond with is were short handed be patient definitely need to fix there issues

Bunch of miserable people working here who are extremely rude when you've been perfectly pleasant with them. Nobody at this location is interested in helping you or making things easy for you. This place makes standing in line at the DMV look like a positive alternative. It's that bad. If you can avoid doing business with the postal service I would HIGHLY suggest it. Go to FedEx or UPS if you have the option.

This place has to be the worst-managed facility in the Richmond area. The front desk people are rude. On a business level they will ignore supervisor phone calls. The supervisors often don't pick up the slack which is a complaint I've heard from multiple employees. Then don't cover shifts. The ignore daily pickups for businesses.

They lied about attempting to deliver package on Dec. 16th. They lied about redelivering on Dec. 18th and they lied about delivering it this morning. Just a bunch of liars. I never asked Amazon to send my package through USPS. Still don't have my package and have been waiting since Dec. 5th. At this point, I just want my money back. Worst mail carriers ever.

Workers was great. But they should quit than work for the useless government.USPS automated phone system is the worst and not helpful by far. My package had a label damaged by usps or customs in transit. So when it came to delivery it immediately was sent back to sender instead of any other solutions. Then instead of holding it in the post office they decided spending more money to send it back to Germany to get a new address was more economical than contacting anyone to ask.I work, I was expecting the USPS system to be of use. But now my cars going to stay broken till that package comes in.Update: Package never received, no refund, No communication. Out of almost $200.

I went to go get a passport application done and it was an absolute nightmare. They rescheduled me for the following day for 3:30. I got there right at 3:30 and had to stand in line which wasn't an issue but when I got to the window the lady who does passports was so incredibly rude. She said I wasn't there at 3:30. I explained I was but I was in line and she immediately got snippy. She made the rest of the appointment uncomfortable when she argued with me over the conversation we had the day before when they decided to reschedule me last minute. I had no problem adjusting my schedule as she claimed they scheduled these appointments on her day off. My appointment was for two adults and she was noticeably irritated again when she realized she didn't actually look closely at the appointment she was moving to see there were 2. I work customer service and I understand how irritating customers can be, ESPECIALLY around the holidays, so I go out of my way to be as accommodating as possible but if you need a passport go literally anywhere else. That lady really sucked. Everyone else that was handling shipping though were very sweet. Maybe she was having a bad day.

I am extremely frustrated with this post office. My package was not delivered after being "Out for Delivery" for 12 hours and the tracking information shows that I need to pick it up from the post office (I got an alert saying "Available for pickup" with the post office address on it). When I went to the post office, they told me that it was still on the truck. I asked the employee to check for me, but she was not helpful and just said that it might still be on the truck. I wasted half of my lunch break trying to get my package. I just want my package delivered without any more delays and complications.

Some of the most mentally challenged people I have ever met work here. It's nice that they are giving jobs to people who can't keep from drooling on themselves, but please keep the specials away from my mail.

This particular post office has been distributing my mail over the last 4 years. Beginning in August, packages were (priority mail and tracked mail) have been either misdelivered (according to postal workers) or not delivered at all to my address. In fact, I use “informed delivery” and priority mail delivery to track medication and other regular deliveries. Over the last month, tracked packages have been noted as delivered when in fact, they were not. On 6-7 different occasions in the last 30 days, postal workers have told me my packages were mid-delivered. Yet, this issue has not been rectified.There is not a formal process for customer concerns. Customers are asked to leave their name and telephone number on a random sheet of paper and only once, has a call been returned. It is also challenging to contact a supervisor since the call goes to voicemail.Today, November 7. Postal Manager Cid, dismissed my issue stating the packages would not fit into my mailbox, which is untrue. Instead of a resolution, he was completely insensitive and somewhat defensive. I have also reported these irregularities to the U.S. postal service. I simply want my mail and a better level of customer consideration.

***Beware your postal delivery person maybe the same one who has stolen packages from the 23294 zip code *** Poor customer service, say they will follow up on issues and will not do so. We believe our mail carrier is taking our packages and nothing is being done about it. Trying to get assistance is horrible!

I needed to send a new passport application and 1 associate named Virginia was very nice and helpful. The other 2 associates I spoke with were extremely rude and gave me false information. They sent me away to get more documents that I didn't need. Virginia was great but because of the other 2, I will probably not come back and instead pay double to go to UPS.
