I called and they were extremely pleasent and accommodating on my situation. They were ready for me when I arrived and started working immediately. “I’ve used them for a couple of years now but what really earned them the five stars is when my tire blew out on the highway and I had to get my car towed there in the middle of the night. The next day it was musical-cars for me. Nothing. Went as planned except for Discount Tires. They were efficient, friendly, and communicative. However, what surprised me was they didn’t charge me anything. I thought it was a mistake. I told them this isn’t a car we’ve ever brought in (new car - we’ve brought in others). They told me that they don’t charge for a simple flat. Now, I don’t know if that’s because they know I’m a customer or if they do that for everyone. Either way, it definitely sets the right tone and keeps me as a satisfied customer.”
