“I’ve used them for a couple of years now but what really earned them the five stars is when my tire blew out on the highway and I had to get my car towed there in the middle of the night. The next day it was musical-cars for me. Nothing. Went as planned except for Discount Tires. They were efficient, friendly, and communicative. However, what surprised me was they didn’t charge me anything. I thought it was a mistake. I told them this isn’t a car we’ve ever brought in (new car - we’ve brought in others). They told me that they don’t charge for a simple flat. Now, I don’t know if that’s because they know I’m a customer or if they do that for everyone. Either way, it definitely sets the right tone and keeps me as a satisfied customer.”
“Quick service, honest answers, not pushy. Informative without up selling, wife and I have brought out cars here on recommendation of a coworker and we'll keep doing it.”
“Wonderful service! Extremely friendly and honest, I came in for a flat tire and they got everything straightened out in a timely manner. Can’t recommend this place enough, very pleasant experience and affordable as well.”
“Outstanding service as always! I've been a happy customer for many years, relying on Broad Street Auto & Tire for all my state inspections and routine vehicle maintenance. They consistently take care of everything my vehicle needs efficiently and professionally.
Before a long trip to Georgia, I brought my car in for a pre-trip inspection to make sure it was ready for the road. They caught a failing battery that would have definitely left me stranded—saving me from major hassle down the line. Thank you for the thorough check and the peace of mind!”
“I truly cannot say enough good things about this place. They are extremely reasonably priced, helpful and accommodating. Will not go anywhere else for tire services.”
“This place has saved my behind one too many times, but they always come through when I need them. They are so kind, respectful and put so much effort in their work! They bes tire shop in the city especially for welding rims and your tire & rim needs period.”

“Jennifer and Camden were fantastic to work with at Mincz Tire in Scott’s Addition! Jennifer took the time to explain how tire sizing works and walked me through what to look for if I bought rims from Facebook Marketplace, including how to ensure they’re authentic. Camden did an excellent job installing my tires. Both were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Mincz Tire for all your automotive needs!”
“Good place to come
Larry helped me out and got me in and out
Will definitely recommend to come in and stop by. Huge selection of wheels and tires to choose from.”
“I went to get my bended wheels straightened and unfortunately they weren’t able to do it but they were honest and told me straight up that they are not worth fixing.”
“Very helpful with finding me the tires I needed with same-day excellent service, very kind employees, and great communication. Very reasonably priced, I will be using their service again and would recommend them to anyone in the Richmond area.”
