Rude service absolutely disgusting when I see a mouse run under the counter where you get your self serve drink from that is the end. The employees are on the cell phone and it seems you are disturbing them. They need to gut the place and start all over again.

I believe the owner changed recently, the new people running it are rude, with no attention to service. Pick up orders wasn’t ready when it supposed to be. Customer communication is bad.
