“I originally tried to get a phone and set up a work plan through the Cricket website, but ran into an issue because the billing address on my credit card didn’t match the shipping address. So I ended up going into the Cricket Wireless store in Herndon instead.

I had no idea there was a location so close to me, and I’m really glad I stopped in. Sandra was awesome and made the whole experience incredibly easy. I walked out within 30 minutes with a brand new activated phone, a case, a charger, and my cell phone plan all set up.

Honestly, going into the store was easier than dealing with it online. Thumbs up across the board. Thank you, Sandra!”

“Ok, so I sent my wife to add a new line, they told my wife the cost for the SIM will be 10$ as it was posted by MetroPCS agent online .. but I went there to ask for an explanation for 2 differents charges, one for $10 and another for $25 and the guy working there FERNANDO TOLD ME, oh I don't know what's going on with those extra cost, but the manager is not here . So I can't help you with that. Really? Is that an answer? Then he said , the $25 amount you see there is not real. Oh! Not real? But you too that money from my wife as well!!! And there is no manager? What's going on??? 8 years with metro and never happened before...his final answer from Fernando was, YOU SHOULD DO EVERYTHING ONLINE AND DONT COME TO THE STORE.. OH WOW. AMAZING.. NOW IM CANCELLING MY 5 LINES..

“2/15/21On 2/10/22 I stopped by this 7 Eleven to celebrate keeping my job. One bad call can cost you everything. Luckily, things seemed to work in my favor and I was given a second chance. Walking into this store things seemed shinny, bright and clean. Leys not forget well organized and stocked. This wasn't all up in my head. The employee on duty, greeted me with a warm smile and it set the tone. I thought about getting the orange fruit drink, but thought better of it. I ended up buying my wife a phone charger and cord for her job. This felt better than buying junk food. I did notice a new coffee section for those serious coffee drinkers being set up. Yes, the coffee section is getting bigger, but the one great hot drink for me at a 7 Eleven is Hot Chocolate. I did not buy any hot chocolate this time, but I might do it later on next week. This 7 Eleven is great. It will be my store if choice when coming back from Sterling Virginia. It is an out of the way place so hobos and stumblebums won't be hanging around waiting for you to give them money.Time will tell if my statement remains true.”

“Service was awesome at the 1111 Elden Street 7-Eleven! I don’t know why there are such bad reviews. The male cashier welcomed me when I entered. When I was paying for my drink, he said “hi how are you” and asked me about my day. There was a 8-year-old child behind me in line, she was buying pizza, candy and a drink. I offered to buy her stuff. I bought her stuff, the cashier said “good man” and shook my hand. He called me an angel. I received some affection from the 8-year-old for buying her stuff, which completely made my day!! I talked to the child’s parents outside while they were seated in their car. They thanked me multiple times.The only slightly negative thing I can say is there was some older white dude (older, maybe 50 or 60 with long white hair) asking for money in the parking lot. He got aggressive when I told him I didn’t have anything. Told me “You know you got a little money, you liar”!”

“Thank you to the lovely older employees who personally poured us free slushies and brightened our evening! Stop hating on them like okay maybe they close early sometimes but come on, people need a break! I am proud of our men here at this 7-11 ?”

“Ever since Raj has been running this location this has been the best 7-11 in the area. All of the staff are so kind. They have the best products and by far the best customer service out of any convenience store in the area. I would recommend going here to anybody in the Herndon area.”

“Is best 7-11I visit every day ,is one near to my house but I prefer to go to this one./ always has the food ready, the coffee ready and hot, the place is nice and CLEAN ,I’m early person 3:30-4:00 am have my food and coffee ready for me.
I recommend 100% if you are early bird person like me

“Really bad service, terrible, I came here so they could avoid a money order I made. They don't understand anything. They say the manager is on vacation, they don't know for how long, they don't know where the money orders are coming from, and this woman was very rude (she says her name is Roxana ) she was yelling at me in front of the clients , I was very polite trying to explain to her … and told me it's my fault, I have to sort it out. She doesn't know what she's talking about or understand what it's all about…people don’t get trained to help people .”
