“Just moved in. Lorenzo was super helpful in assisting with any inquiries or concerns. Maintenance has also promptly responded to any minor issues immediately.
Overall first impressions are great. The apartments are well built/insulated and so far I’ve barely heard any street noise and no neighbors.”

Patrick and the management team have always been professional, responsive, and super helpful whenever I've had questions. Jason in the maintenance staff is the best! He is prompt and always responds so fast. I also appreciate the convenient location and the amenities available to residents. Overall, it's been a comfortable and enjoyable place to call home, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in the area.”

“I worked there for a little over three years, everyone in the office and through maintenance were all great people. Of course there were times when you had to deal with something negative whether it was from an issue in the office, in an apartment and yes, I did have to notify Herndon Police to remove homeless people from the property but all in all, a very nice place. The kids had a playground and a soccer field and if my memory serves me correctly, there were charcoal pits for barbecues. If I was still living in Virginia, I'd still be there.”
“I had an incredible experience touring Cortland at Dulles with Latifa! After a very stressful morning of driving and dealing with other unhelpful properties, walking into Cortland and working with Latifa was a breath of fresh air. She is exceptionally kind, friendly, and professional. She went completely above and beyond to look at different inventory options, play with the dates, and find a layout and timeline that perfectly fit my budget and needs. Her customer service is unmatched, and she is the main reason I fell in love with this property. If you tour here, ask for Latifa!”
“I toured with Yen Quach. She did a really good job answering questions and showing us around the facility. I applied a day later.
Nice location, spacious 1 bed rooms and nice exterior to walk around. Hallways were dim, but it sounds like they were being remodeled, so that may be fixed in the near future. Nice amenities and reasonably priced. Hopeful for the future.”
“We have stayed in Trevors Run At Dulles Center apartment for the past six years, and it is one of the best in this area. Trevors Run Dulles Apartments is in a great location, just a few minutes' drive from IAD Airport, Route 28, and Route 267.
The apartment and surrounding is very cleaned all the time.and the French doors gives natural bright all day long ,also they offer one time carpet cleaning for who needs , three miunts walk amazing playground for kids as wells as walking trails who likes to walking.
One of the main reasons we have stayed here so long is the outstanding apartment management. Ms. Liss is amazing—she is very helpful and always responds quickly to any inquiries. The apartment manager, Ms. Patrice, is also very positive and helpful.
The maintenance team deserves five stars *****—they are always prompt in addressing any maintenance issues. Mr. Alex, in particular, is very knowledgeable and does an amazing job.
Overall, Trevors Run At Dulles Center apartment is worth more than five stars! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to live in this area”
“Lived there for 2.5 years. Rating highly because:
1. 1 br apartment is spacious
2. Maintenance is quick
3. No utilities to worry about as all included
4. Cheap rent
5. Good community. Neighbors were respectful of each other.
6. Good location. Close to everything in Herndon with good bus connectivity to reston and other places. Bus stop super close. Old town is 2 mins walk, etc.
Not perfect 5 rating because:
1. There's so much you can get at this price.
2. Quality of floor etc might not be the best but still doesn't bother.
3. In some apartments, Central AC units outside the apartment makes a lot of noise during summers and its hard to use the balcony due to that noise.
4. Parking sometimes gets full if you come super late in night. Have to find street parking then.
5. Some incidents of mouse. But management was quick to help resolving that.
6. No control over the temperature of AC unit. Its central, so only have control over the amount of cooling/heating (worked fine for me though).”

“I’ve been here for about 5 months now. I haven’t had any major issues. If something is wrong they come fix it quickly. The office staff has always been respectful to me. Maintenance is also respectful. The only bugs I’ve seen are spiders( not poisonous) & that was after it rained a lot. They also sent somebody out to spray. My only issue is the children playing in the halls. Other than that, after 8pm I hear little to no noise.”
