The place looks gorgeous with nice amenities and attractive features. Residents enjoy the amount of communal spaces, the pet parks, and the decor, noting attention to detail in every space. Apartments are described as a dream come true, being open and spacious. The staff is commended as friendly, helpful, and committed to an exceptional standard of living, with quick responses and maintenance that is great and quick to respond to requests. The move-in process is noted as simple and quick. However, there are consistent concerns about cleanliness and maintenance in common areas. Multiple reviews report that stairwells smell strongly of animal and human waste, a problem cited as lasting over a year. Hallway carpets are noted as not being cleaned. The mail room consistently has packages everywhere and some entry doors are left unlocked. There are issues with residents not cleaning up after their pets, including in elevators and common grounds. Covered parking for guests is limited and the garage gate is constantly broken. Management is urged to improve cleanliness, hold residents accountable, and address these ongoing issues.
