“I had an incredibly nice experience at Sunoco earlier today. The turn signal light indicator on my Honda Odyssey stopped working. I took it to Sunoco for replacement. Daniel Sarli looked at it and replaced it in a very short amount of time. He also did not charge me at all. I have seen all kinds of mechanics and their managers. A lot of them have varying levels of understanding and skills. Daniel was very skilled,patient and honest, in addition to being generous. I highly recommend this place for fixing your car problems. “I have been going to this place for a few years. They are amazing people who try to give you the most accurate price up front and they will give you recommendations to which parts you need OEM and which ones you can cheap out a bit and get after market. To prevent overhead costs they prefer you bring the part you want so they will just charge you labour costs. That being said if you come early enough they don't mind putting an order for you from a supplier and fix up the car the same day if you don't have the part. If you want, you can even ship parts directly to them, and have it waiting for you when you get there. They have seriously helped me and my family out of a few binds, and when they couldn't help themselves, they pointed us in the right direction.”
“You guys saved me! I had a ridiculous day and got a flat tire. Ricky helped me immediately. Within 5 minutes he had my car in the bay and my donut was put on. “I love this place, been bring all my cars here since 1990s to now for inspection emissions, repairs, to get my gas. Only time I go to the dealer for my Ford excape SE is if their is a recall and they may do a oil change for free if it is a recall on my vehicle. Other wise I got see these guys in Herndon at the Gulf. I never had a problem and they do awesome work. I being going to Gulf when it was under a different name before the Dad passed away... and mom was running things. Love this place.”

“Great place to get regular maintenance done and even some repair work on any sort of vehicle you have. They've done a couple of my state inspections, some repair work, and routine oil changes and regular maintenance on several of my cars and the prices are always incredibly fair and the services great and quick. Definitely recommend you give them a call to get a quote and if they are competitive I would definitely give them a try!”

“I come to this location for quick service and no lines for inspections. This time, I almost entered the wrong way, so be sure to follow the signs for inspections (around the back)! Once the inspector takes the car in, he directs you to walk around to the front, which is a little inconvenient. There is seating outside the convenience store as well as inside. The whole process was so fast, i barely even remembered to take pictures.
The customer service isn't necessarily the best. I am giving four stars instead of five for this reason.”
“I noticed the squealing noise from my truck's belt tensioners which needed to be replaced. I took it into the shop first thing in the morning since I had a long trip that day, and they squeezed me in. They however could not get the OEM Ford parts. Thank you for getting the job done! I will definitely bring my vehicles in for service.”
“I was happy with my emissions and safety check. I took away a star because I went to the shop with my husband and the shop’s representative would only engage with my husband. I was seeking service for my personal vehicle and initiated the conversation with the representative, yet he directed all of his answers to my husband and clearly preferred to do business with him. I cannot give 5-stars to an auto business with employees with that level of implicit bias.”
