Capital One Bank provides helpful customer service with very nice and polite staff who resolve issues and give future advice. Security is great, with due diligence done to maintain account safety. While some branches have temporary closures, ATMs remain accessible at open locations, external vestibules, and select Target® stores. The bank delivers excellent and incredible service, creating a pleasant experience for customers.
They didn't take good care of a 60-year-old man, they put him on a phone when there were Hispanic people there who could help and they didn't do it. What a shame they forgot that they are children of immigrants who came to this country thinking about them and now they are gone. He forgot all about where they come from.

Make sure you have a lot of hours if you need to talk to someone. You will be waiting! No one acknowledges you when you come in. The profesionalism is subpar to say the least. Banking overall is fine. But coming in this specific location is a nightmare, every single time.

I do not recommend this bank, the same Latinos do not help other Latinos, with a bad attitude I definitely do not recommend it
