“I like the close proximity of Chase Bank for breaking smaller bills for larger ones whenever I work from home or am off work for use or lose leave. Only small gripe is the $100.00 limit for non-members.”

I acknowledged and wished her a beautiful week ahead.Just before I hung up she mentioned about my car and asked if I am looking to refinance. I said not really but what do you have to offer. Long story short being a professional she mentioned about the special promo they have on their rates. I filled in the application and got approved.The moral of the story is had Ms. Geeta Shetty not asked me that question and done the follow through she did, I would not have thought about that for months as that was not on my agenda. “Such a great for me to bank at. Every time I come in I get exceptional service. From my banker Tasneem who always gives me extra time and care. The manager Papa, she helped me open a new bussiness account for my hair shop, and clover, making my life easier! And the teller line Rahman is always professional, helpful and goes above and beyond to help me with my transactions. This is my favorite bank. “Had a wonderful experience with the TD Bank on RT. 50 in Fairfax. I’m temporarily disabled and have to use a walker to get around. The bank doors are very heavy and don’t open automatically. I mentioned this to the front end staff and today, 3-weeks later, I got a follow-up call from the bank manager telling me that she contacted property management who sent someone out work on the door hinges and that they would see about installing an automatic door.
I’ve enjoyed my relationship with TD Bank in the couple years I’ve been a customer, but this has been an exemplary show of customer service!”

“I just wanted to take a moment and share my experience. Normally I don’t even step a foot in branches but I’m very glad I did this time. Ms. Aruzo Asadi such an angel she is and a young beautiful lady. She assisted my mother with opening all her accounts and she was the most patient and kind spoken and elegant woman I have ever came across. She did not rush us at all and she was very knowledgeable. She is someone that knows what she’s doing and what she’s saying. She has a way with her words that left us in awe and admiration. Bank of America is very lucky to have such a resource as her.”
