Counter guy name Raji was rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. He walks away from the counter without stating whether the package was here or not at the location. He disappeared for half hour to come back and says it's not here. When I could've called and reported to my office of the situation while he was on a wild goose chase. And to make matters worse, you don't even have a supervisor on duty to handle incidents like this. This is medication for someone and you treat it like its a box of cookies, pathetic location. And I thought Eckington was bad. You need to get your act together there!

I tried to pick up my wife’s package, but they said I couldn’t pick it up because we don’t have the same last name. They said they’ll deliver it again tomorrow but that she had to sign it. I told them she won’t be home, so please figure out a way to allow me to receive the package. They refused to make it work and asked me to speak to the seller. The seller told me that is not within their authority. So, now I have no way of picking up my package. Absolutely disgusting bureaucracy that serves no one.

Luna at the FedEx office in Herndon was incredibly helpful and kind. Even though she was clearly busy, she took the time to assist me patiently and with a great attitude. Her customer service was truly outstanding!

The staff at this location is very helpful. Sometimes there is a line when I come to drop off my packages, however the staff trying their best to help people as fast as they can.

One of the worst customer service experiences I've had at any FedEx location. An older female employee was shockingly rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Her behavior toward customers is absolutely unacceptable. Management seriously needs to review how this location is being run. I will never be returning and would advise others to avoid this place.

Razi at the front counter is one of the most professional & helpful employees I’ve ever met. He always takes the time to provide the best customer service, and it’s clear he has an exceptional level of knowledge of FedEx & its services. If you need to utilize a FedEx, this location is the best because of his customer service. It’s a joy to meet people that truly embody excellence in their work.

Consistently outstanding service. It is such a breath of fresh air when you discover your package was shipped via FedEx versus UPS.
Because UPS even shut down their Chantilly customer service center after decades so you can't even pick up hold packages.
Luna at this location is exceptional. Always proactive and knows immediately how to take care of customers.

It is always BS excuses with these people, they will lie lie lie about why a package was not delivered but in reality they NEVER came to my address! Then talked to someone from the center and he was condescending about me asking “am i speaking with the herndon shipping center” especially when THEY continue to lie to cover up a driver’s blatant disregard when they come to deliver and this time its “oh he went to the wrong address so we had to try it tomorrow”….

Drove an hour to this facility to pick up a package. They locked the door in front of us because they were closing early due to “inclement weather”. The forecast is fine. They could’ve closed on time (30 mins later) and the roads would be the same. They used this as an excuse to go home early. Now we can’t get the medication that is supposed to be refrigerated and will likely go bad. The man behind the door immediately started yelling obscenities at us when we were walking up to the door. Unreal!!!
