I had a terrible experience with FedEx. They consistently fail to deliver packages on time and lie about attempting to do so. Despite my husband working from home and having a Ring doorbell to monitor visitors, they claim to have tried to deliver packages when they clearly have not.Not only have they delivered packages to the wrong address in the past, but they also falsely claimed to have attempted delivery without actually doing so. I received a notification that my package was being held at the Herndon location, only to find out upon arrival that they had no idea where the package was because the driver forgot to scan it. This level of incompetence is beyond frustrating and disappointing, especially considering I paid extra for timely delivery.I have never encountered such issues with UPS, who are always reliable and punctual. It seems like FedEx has serious management issues, as their employees are clearly not trained properly.I will be sure to request that the sender never uses FedEx again, or I may even cancel my order altogether. Fedex's consistent failures have left me with no choice but to seek alternative shipping options.

I bought a product under a free 2-day delivery offer. The original order was placed 3/12/2024 and scheduled to arrive 3/15/2024. I received notification of a delay and that the new delivery date would be 3/18/2024. I waited until the end of the day, and no update. I called FedEx, and was told it would be made “priority” and arrive 3/19/2024 (today). Since I had not received any notification with an update (still had scheduled date 3/18/2024), I reached out again and they assured me they had contacted this location and it was on the vehicle to be delivered today before 8.The package does not require a signature, and we’ve been home all day (we also have cameras). At 7:57PM, while sitting right here near the door, a notification comes through saying a delivery attempt was made (untrue). Why would there be an attempt if it states a signature is not required? I call again, only to hear the same “we apologize and can assure you it will be delivered the next business day.”I can’t trust the information they provide.The initial delay was understandable, but now 3 days in a row being told “we can assure you your package will deliver the next business day”.I really hope the shipper did not pay extra for the 2-day shipping, and I will be reaching out to them advising.

Visited at night around 7:30 p.m., and there was only a person at the service desk... Then, another person showed up to assist at the service desk. This FedEx Company which is Fortune Top 100 company, and there were only one who was serving people after his/her work and/or during rush hour on the week day. Please have minimum of two staff at the service desk to assist people, and people don't need to stand on the line for 30 minutes or more at this ship center. FedEx spends more $$$$$ to hire staff who is productive and proficient.

Nobody called or texted but customer service says we attempted to drop it off but nobody was present. Its 3:25 and we got a text that attempt was made at 2:50 pm today. There is no way we can get with someone on the call to arrange a pick up inside the store.

Compared to the brilliant service I experienced at another location, this place is absolutely stinky. I carried 50lb boxes all by myself with no sight of help. They told me they could not print any label. Did not express any sympathy. I had to carry boxes back. Poor service throughout. The comparison makes the other FedEx office location 1000 times more pleasant.

Awful customer service. Fedex is hands down the worst courier in the US. Their service is slow, ineffective and confusing. Their agents on the phone, their drivers and desk clerks all provide different information that contradicts what the others say and do. Poor interpretation of rules, rude representatives and lazy drivers. If I had my way I'd never ever use Fedex or deal with them.

It's the second time I have come to this shipping center. Not many personal and either I have bad luck and customers in front of my had a very special shipping request or the personnel is very slow. Anyway make sure to take time if you need a receipt..

I received a door tag in theMail and went to this location the information online told me this package was to my address but the rude Hispanic front desk worker told me it wasn’t and just told me that the address wasn’t right on my I.d then she proceeds to throw the delivery drivers under the bus and tell me the drivers always make mistakes and keeps telling me it’s not my package she was extremely condescending and treated me as if I was there to steal something terrible customer service

My Package was supposed to be delivered today at 8 pm. They don't say up to 8 pm. They were at my house at 10:36am. Did Not ring doorbell or even put a Door Tag on the door. Driver took off. I can't even go a pick up my Package. FedEx will Not Let me. So I have to wait until tomorrow. I hope this Driver understand You Have to get Out of the Truck and Ring Door Bell. UPS is way better than FedEx to me at this point. I have to sign for my paid . How the Hell am I supposed y do that if the driver doesn't come to my front door.

Everything about this place is terrible. The drivers that work out of here are completely incompetent. I have lived at my new place for 6 days and they have completely messed up THREE packages. One was delivered to the wrong address in a secured building I could not access. When I finally got my giant package, the box was completely open. I then had to figure out to move this huge box by myself down three flights of stairs, to another building, and then back up three flights of stairs. The second one said, “delivery attempted” which was not true because I was home ALL DAY and not a single person came by. Not only that, my complex has a package locker and all they had to do was put it in there. Now my third package was supposed to be overnighted and I’ve now waited three days for it to arrive. All of these issues have put me out of work for three days. I’ve driven here (40 minutes round trip) to try and get my packages TWICE because they keep messing up. The employees at the actual location are super rude, especially the one today. DO NOT use FedEx in this area.

I'm giving 5 stars strictly because of the gentleman at the counter who really went above and beyond in an urgent situation. Due to a misunderstanding from a sender about what days overnight express includes, a very urgent time sensitive document wasn't going to arrive on time. The very expensive document needed to arrive on Saturday before an international flight on Sunday, but because the sender wasn't aware that Saturdays were an additional fee for overnight, it wasn't correctly posted and was arriving a day late. After many calls to customer service to try to have this corrected, we were unable to update the shipping status to Saturday delivery because we didn't have the account number of the sender, and thier government office was closed for the weekend.Fortunately we learned the location of the FedEx that it arrived at overnight from customer service, which is the Eds location in Herndon, and drove 45 minutes to get there in hopes that we could retrieve the document on Saturday.Upon arriving, Razi Khalid greeted us, listened compassionately to our dilemma and immediately jumped to action. After his initial attempt he informed us that due to the large load of inbound mail, there wasn't a chance to find it since they're short staffed on Saturdays and there's a lot to search. He was very compassionate in explaining, which was clear in his expression. After many apologies we went to our car, and while I was on a call with customer service to ask for any other option, I recieved a call from Razi not 5 minutes later. He asked me if I could please come back. Low and behold, Razi saved the day! He said by stroke of luck he saw the driver in back who delivered and asked about it, and the driver remembered where it was! Ravi was able to give it to us! I cannot say enough good things. He went above and beyond and restored my faith in the kindness of people and in fedex. Not all heros wear capes, and Ravi is our hero in such a critical moment. I really hope he recieves the acknowdgement he deserves. He didn't give up, and because of that he saved us thousands. He literally saved the day. Thank you Ravi Khalid!!

FedEx services is awful. A few packages have been lost because signature wasn’t required.And when signature is required they will bill for an imprecise time window. They should allow some near live tracking to know if they are approaching it.

I needed to shipping my headset to get fixed and it was late everywhere we’re closed it was passed 6 PM and I looked everywhere no luck until I found this location thank god it was open and the lady were very nice she greeted me with a nice smile. Help me out with my shipment. Everything went smooth and easy definitely i will go back again. This is my place to go to when I need to ship something.
