I had to stay one night in this hotel as a complementary from Lufthansa airlines due to delayed flights. The hotel is close to the airport and has regular transport van between the hotel to airport every 30 minutes. The room are alright considering the age of the building. The service is also quick. It's a good place to stay close to the airport.

As a Diamond member that travels the country and frequently stays at Hiltons, I have to say I am pretty disappointed in this hotel. It is labeled as a 4-Star, and in my opinion it is a 2 star all day long. Old and musty smell throughout the building, fixtures in the room falling apart, the carpet is coming up in our room, and honestly, if United wasn’t paying for this since my flight was delayed, I would stay somewhere else. Really disappointed with this stay and this is not the typical 4-star that Hilton usually has.

Dated and run-down rooms with incompetent staff, including at front desk, who were incapable of following the rules such that I had to spend a while on the phone to fix it. Go anywhere but here.

Very good value. Employees were very courteous. Restaurant was limited in selection, but over delivered on quality of food. Lobby looks amazing. Breakfast was amazing. Maintenance will be the downfall of this great hotel. As you move further away from the lobby to your room you quickly notice small detractors (brass corroding, wallpaper pealing, worn carpet, etc). A good maintenance team would quickly restore this hotel to what the builder envisioned. Overall great experience when coupled with the price.

After days of mishaps in my move to Florida, I booked a hotel room for my friend and I to get some r & r. It was my birthday and we were supposed to be on a boat in Florida, so I was having a very disappointing time. When I got into my room, the food and beverage director Jason Butler had set up a beautiful assortment of cheese, crackers, and fruit with a sparkling water. It was actually the only present I received that day and it made me feel super special. I later learned my friend had reached out asking if they could do something small for my birthday. I must say Jason definitely delivered! I had such a great experience here. The food on site was delicious. The pool and hot tub were a lot of fun. 10/10 don’t hesitate, just book it!

This hotel needs a desperate renovation and their signs that there is renovation but I was staying on the 5th floor in February 2024. I can honestly say I would never stay here again if the renovations don't make this a true four-star hotel. If I had to put this on a scale of what kind of ranking a motel 6 would be even more luxury than this hotel which is pretty sad as a Hilton. Expect the service desk for check-in to make sure not to withhold any of the benefits that you're supposed to get as a Hilton honors member. Certainly I come here for business travel a lot but I will not be staying in this hotel ever again.See the pictures for cleanliness issues and half the stuff in the room does not work.

They stole my expensive watch. They confirmed they found it. When I went to pick it up, they suddenly couldn’t find it anymore. Nobody at the hotel can help. I have had to contact their corporate office.

The breakfast isn't free like most Hilton hotels lol. Lord forbid you make the same mistake I did then get treated like a bum and yelled at by the breakfast patrol ladies. I asked the front desk if they had breakfast and he pointed me to the room. I went in and grabbed something and was going to ask the ladies if they had a plastic spoon. They started yelling at me telling me I have to pay for it and I said "....I'm confused but I can pay, not a problem!" They then got mad at me for wanting to pay for it like they weren't expecting that. So at this point I was already sick of getting yelled at infront of everyone which very uncalled for and embarrassing. I set the food down and said actually I'm good. They continued to yell at me about god knows what else. Probably one of the most embarrassing experiences I've had.

Need renovations, and better customer service. As you can see from my reviews I’m very fair. The room was dirty, no fitted sheets, called down to desk to hey said they don’t use fitted sheets, ok we are not even going to get started on the mattress!! My husband and I slept in our clothes. Absolutely astonished that it has 4.1 stars I am literally shocked.
