Our room was on the lobby floor and it was very noisy specially during the night around 1am people running, yelling and talking very loud and the room was not clean properly, hair in the sink and bed

This is our favorite hotel when we visit the area. Manal, the GM, is absolutely amazing, and that is reflected in the staff and the way you are treated. The breakfast goes later than most hotels, which is a huge benefit.

Hotel seemed older but clean. Shuttle service was limited due to limited staff. The inconsistency of having to swipe credit card upon check in at Hilton hotels is frustrating. You have my card number already I don’t want to swipe it. Price was great though so felt value was high.
