He was fabulous, was very articulate, had amazing attention to detail, and I came out for the first time feeling informed and motivated to use my device. Making it a priority to have more people like Gale, I believe, can not only have more people have a positive view of the company, but have more costumers consistently use their machines and maintain costumer retainment.”
