“I am making wedding invitations so I called to speak with somebody in the printing department to see if they would print on a certain size card stock.After being assured they could print on cardstock the conversation ended.A few minutes later, I was called back by the employee to inform me that their manager had corrected their misinformation. They could not help me with the card stock I was curious about, but there were several options available at their location and we were able to work something out.I applaud the efforts of the employee whos name escapes me at the moment. They made a human-error, then rectified the situation before I spent a lot of money on invitations.That bought my respect and trust. I intend on using this location whenever a need arises.Kudos team! Thanks for being awesome.”

“I've been printing our annual holiday letter at Office Depot every year until December for close to 15 years. It's just 200 color two-sided copies, pretty straightforward. I apply a corporate discount card to give me a significant discount on the total price.After a terrible experience at the Chantilly location, I went directly to Fairfax and thankfully had a positive experience.It was a Wednesday evening, store was quiet, 2.5 hours before closing. I walked right up with my file on a USB drive, and the Print Center employee printed my letter in under 10 minutes. She said the new corporate purchasing card rate is a flat 30% off, which is something new for 2023 and double what I paid last year per my receipt, but that's not on her. I thanked the woman profusely for handling my print job immediately and alleviating some of my holiday stress, especially after what I encountered at the Chantilly location.I'll be taking my business to Fairfax from now on!”

“The do great high quality work. Sometimes they seem too busy to pay attention to little jobs, like $200 so you have to stay on them and yet they are fast, flexible and the end product is great. I've had them print soup can labels and they were helpful with the set up and picking the right way to affix the labels to the can.'”

“The Car Connection is a great place to have your car fixed. It all started one day when my daughter was 4. And in preschool. (She's 16 now!) I locked my keys in the car when I was at Chantilly Academy of Gymnastics. CAG called Kevin for me. He's the owner of The Car Connection. He walked over and broke into my car for me, got my keys and never even charged me. We had just moved here and didn't have a mechanic yet. Kevin earned my business that day. He's a really nice guy. We've been bringing him our vehicles ever since. It's the type of place and they are the type of people that you can totally trust. He's always fixed everything we've ever needed, foreign and domestic. His guys have been there a long time. They know what they are doing. The Main Chantilly Post Office has The Car Connection fix their mail trucks too, which shows that they obvious trust him too! Trust The Car Connection. They will take good care of you, your car and your wallet!”

“This is one of the better Office Depot in the area. Maybe the staff and management can be sent to the Reston branch to teach them proper manner. The Office Depot in Reston is run by RUDE staff member. Shameful the management is just as bad.”

“I had a bad experience with a delivery of a box of printing paper left unprotected under heavy rain. I filled à complain. 1: I was fully refund without problem by calling the customer service. 2: I received an email from a manager at the customer service department assuring me that they'd do the right thing. I hope they will offer me a free box of that paper as a gesture since I would have to re-order the package without the discount and do not trust the delivery guy. I am a member of ODP since 2000, and I never had a bad experience before. Laura.”
