“Ordered furniture for my parents’ bedroom and they’ve been very happy with the comfort and functionality. The bed height was easy for them to use and the wardrobe doors open smoothly without much effort. Build quality feels dependable and definitely better than many ready-made options we saw.”

“Mammoth is Great! I 'm a facility manager and have been working with Mammoth for years. They are always ready to help, have excellent selection and knowledgeable sales folks. If you are looking for office furniture, be it a single chair, a single desk, or a dozen desks, they are the people to see. Make sure to ask for Robin or Yar.”

“Very friendly and responsive. They provided a free estimate over the phone and because mine was a lower cost personal printer, it was not cost effective to repair. However, they were very responsive and provided excellent advice, including explaining possible causes behind my printer's breaking and suggesting the possible of repairing it myself.”

“It's been 2 weeks since my first purchase of a Ghostwriter Max. There was a small learning curve to use this machine and Lindsay worked with me to figure everything out. He went above and beyond to make sure the machine was working properly for our needs. I'm very impressed and hopefully will need to order another writer(s) in the near future.”

“I greatly enjoyed the service I received from Roger at this location. Roger went the extra mile to help me resolve a shredder issue. While we were unable to fix the shredder, the thorough steps that he went through, as well as seeing how best other products could meet my need, were incredibly helpful!”

“This is one of the better Office Depot in the area. Maybe the staff and management can be sent to the Reston branch to teach them proper manner. The Office Depot in Reston is run by RUDE staff member. Shameful the management is just as bad.”

“I had a bad experience with a delivery of a box of printing paper left unprotected under heavy rain. I filled à complain. 1: I was fully refund without problem by calling the customer service. 2: I received an email from a manager at the customer service department assuring me that they'd do the right thing. I hope they will offer me a free box of that paper as a gesture since I would have to re-order the package without the discount and do not trust the delivery guy. I am a member of ODP since 2000, and I never had a bad experience before. Laura.”
